1. When you have decided that you want an email account from Mxsece go to Our Shop and buy the product you have chosen. Fill in all needed information about account size and the name you wish before the @ in the address. Also choose what domain you want from the list of domains
2. When payment has arrived we will proceed to setup your email account directly. This can take from 15 minutes to 10 hours depending on what time of the day it is.
3. If your desired name is not available, we will contact you and ask you to choose another one
4. When your account is setup you will receive an email on the email address you have in the shop. In the email is information about the address to our webmail. There is also information about your login user name and temporary password. You have to login to webmail and you will the be forced to change password to a more secure one. Now you can start using your new email account.
5. In your webmail there will also be a welcome email that contain the settings you need to use if you want to use an email client instead of the webmail.
